The October 2016 stats are out and it looks like prices of homes (detached, townhouses and condos) are still trendin upwards when compared to the same time last year. With the exception of condos, prices are dipped slightly when compared to last month (September 2016). See our infographic below for a snapshot of all homes, and then a breakdown of each home type (detached, townhouse, condo).

Condo Sales Report - May 2016

Everyone knows the real estate market is hot in Vancouver. But just how hot is it in Yaletown? According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, for May 2016, the market value of condos in Yaletown has increased by 25.7% (when compared to May 2015). And the benchmark price of condos that have sold in May sits at $773,100.
