My 15+ years of experience in real estate began in 1992 when I worked in property management for a developer. After that, I moved to sales for a resort developer, and most recently, I spent the last six years as project director and then as vice-president of sales for a real-estate development and project marketing company.
I understand prospective buyers' and sellers' needs, not only because I'm a realtor, but also because I'm a homeowner. In 1999, my wife and I purchased our first home: a two-bedroom condo in Kitsilano for about $145,000. We were very proud and felt that we could live there forever. Now, 10 years and two children later, we have bought and sold (a couple of times!) our way into a detached home in the very family-friendly Douglas Park neighbourhood.
