At times, the contract process may seem onerous but it is very important to remember you are buying and selling what is written in the contract and nothing else. Term/Condition 18 of the MLS contract relates to this when it says, “There are no representations, warranties, guarantees, promises or agreements other than those set out in this contract."
Remember, as nit-picky as it may seem, if you want it, it must be in writing!
