Condo Sales Report - May 2016
Everyone knows the real estate market is hot in Vancouver. But just how hot is it in Yaletown? According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, for May 2016, the market value of condos in Yaletown has increased by 25.7% (when compared to May 2015). And the benchmark price of condos that have sold in May sits at $773,100.
